OPERATION VIGILANT RESOLVE

My story began on the battlefields of Al Qaim during my second deployment to Iraq. I was leading a Scout Sniper Platoon through OPERATION STEEL CURTAIN when I got an email about the real estate market. In late 2005 the market was already crashing and I needed to sell my house in San Clemente, CA. I needed an application capable of connecting me remotely and giving me control over the process. I was shocked when I discovered that real estate applications didn't exist... not even bad ones.

Birth of a Champion

2005 went and the housing crash of 2008 came right around the corner. I quickly realized this wasn't a little problem, but one that was rocking the nation. How the hell did we get into this mess? After years of research and development I'd come to realize one singular fact; no one person was to blame. The whole system of buying and selling homes needed to be overhauled, and it was going to take a champion to do it.

NO MORE CHEATING

Gozump means no more cheating. It is a parody on the British slang gazumping, which is one of the worst practices in real estate. We took the word and totally redefined it because that is exactly what we are doing with the industry.
